The 5 behaviors every leader should master to guide an organization’s progress

Leadership

Over the years, through observing my clients and analyzing data from hundreds of thousands of employee responses, I have generated a list of four critical and non-negotiable behaviors leaders must exhibit to lead any enterprise effectively.

Gena’s Top Five Essential Leadership Behaviors:

  1. Clarity of vision and strategy and ability to convey them in a way that inspires employees,
  2. A humanistic orientation and willingness to listen empathetically to prioritize employee concerns, needs, and expectations.
  3. Courage,
  4. Optimism and the ability to transmit optimism to the workforce,
  5. Resilience and comfort during change.

This is a short but highly impactful list.

Which of these are your strengths, and which do you want to improve?
